Description

The surefire/failsafe home pages should link to issues.apache.org for issues.

eg on this page: http://maven.apache.org/surefire/maven-failsafe-plugin/issue-tracking.html which is presumably built from a pom.

Also, Codehaus prevents new issues from being created in the old tracker, but it doesn't say where the issues were migrated to.

It took me quite a while to find the new issue tracker for SUREFIRE.
