[SUBMARINE-964] Pull notebook image is very time consuming

Description

In my local machine, it takes me 55 mins to pull the image "apache/submarine:jupyter-notebook-0.6.0-SNAPSHOT". To elaborate, I created the notebook with the spec in the attachment. Although the image pull just occurs once, there is no information about the image pull progress in our workbench. Hence, it is very unfriendly for first-time users to use the notebook. 

 

In addition, I use the command "docker pull apache/submarine:jupyter-notebook-0.6.0-SNAPSHOT" to pull the docker image, and it takes 60 minutes.

 

There are three questions:

(1) Is it possible to accelerate the pull process? 

(2) Is it possible to reduce the image size?

(3) Show more informations about the pull progress in the Submarine workbench
