Description

From Travis CI to GitHub Actions

1. Travis CI is no longer free for users
2. Integration Test is not stable in Travis because of the limit of resources

From Ubuntu 16.04 to Ubuntu 20.04

1. Remote testing is running on Ubuntu 16.04 now, but Ubuntu 16.04 is not maintained since April.
2. Some tests failing in Ubuntu 20.04
