Description

Found the following issues during test: 

• Moved build Docker image from helm chart session to the build from code. 
• Moved Submarine Python SDK tutorial from README.md of k8s, to a separate file. 
• Added run experiment from UI doc. 

Updated contents of k8s/README.md, and make it points to all correct links.
