Major Description
Problems of our existing documents:
1. The current site's doc is pointing to GitHub readme which is not easy to read due to lack of a good structure.
2. No versioning support of docs
3. The content of the docs has redundancy and errors and is not optimized.
4. Not easy to navigate. We should consider a more organized and beautiful doc residing on the web site.
