Description

As one of the popular deep learning framework, PyTorch support in submarine-server is an appealing feature.
This umbrella JIRA may consist of tasks:
1. Deployment of PyTorch operator on k8s. It can be script-based and then submarine-operator based.
2. Job CRUD in the submarine server.
3. PySubmarine client for managing PyTorch jobs.
