[SUBMARINE-1363] Git-Sync container can not pull specified branch or main codes

Description

Currently we use apache/submarine:git-sync-3.1.6 to pull git code. However, at the moment it can only pull the master branch and we need to add branch options to allow users to choose other branches (like main or others).
