Description

Now Submarine deployment by helm can not start submarine-operator pod.

4m11s       Warning   FailedCreate        replicaset/submarine-operator-6979496884               Error creating: pods "submarine-operator-6979496884-" is forbidden: error looking up service account submarine/submarine-operator: serviceaccount "submarine-operator" not found

We need to add service account in template
