Specifically thinking of ES and Mongo but may apply to others

Rather than be limited to

"elasticsearch": {
"source":

{ "indexes": [ ], "types": [ ] }

}

it would be incredibly useful to also supply
"_search":

{ ... full json doc of search request }

and have that used to generate the stream cursor
