Description

Currently, the only way to access the StreamPipes API Docs is in the Authorization View when one is not logged in.
Therefore, we should place another link to the API docs that is also accessible when the user has logged in.

Furthermore, we need to adapt the the StreamPipes version that is shown in the API docs (currently this is is still 0.69.0, see attached screenshot).
