[STREAMPIPES-440] Access „Http Server“ adapter endpoint over ui container

Description

I tried the nice feature to create events from a rest call with adapter "HTTP Server".

The configuration wizard shows the message "HTTP endpoint will be available on /endpoints/{endpintName}".

If I call this URL on the ui container I get an 404 error.

As far as I can see the nginx location block is missing.
