Description

Currently, pipeline element services cannot directly access the StreamPipes API.

Pipeline element services should be able to access core APIs by using the StreamPipes client and a proper security token for authenticated access.

Add a ServiceAccount principal besides users to enable secure API access from pipeline element services.
