Major Description
A user should have the possibility to provide a CSV file with the configuration for collection static properties. Currently all the information must be added manually.
One example for this feature is within the S7 adapter. There currently a user can provide the configurations via a CSV file. However, this makes it hard to change the configurations once they are uploaded. Therefore, it should be possible to provide a CSV file with the necessary configurations.
