Description
For each pipeline including a dashboard sink, a VisualizablePipeline object is created in the database.
This leads to duplicated items in the dashboard in case the dashboard sink is not properly shut down.
Remove the visualizable pipeline database and dynamically create the VisualizablePipline object to avoid duplicates.
