Description

When you create a new tenant and try to retrieve it's permissions it gives as '/permission' instead of '/permission/admin'. This is because it is persisted incorrectly in UM_PERMISSION table.

Usually Super admin will have root permission ('/permission') while tenant admins should have '/permission/admin'.
