    Description

      Stratos should make sure that Kubernetes cluster maintain the minimum number of replicas required always. Kubernetes inherently does this, but we could verify this as part of regular autoscaler task (as we do for VMs). We also need a Kubernetes cluster monitor created to monitor the new container cluster.
