[STRATOS-544] private ip/public ip in the NodeMetaData is null when we use multiple networks

Description

When we use multiple networks defined in the cartridge definition, the NodeMetaData from jclouds doesn't contain private ips or public ips after the instance creation. Eventually, Topology is not having private ip. This needs to be verified in jclouds level and fixed properly.

We have to verify this with openstack multiple network setup and VPC in ec2 as well.
