Description

Support registry persistence for the Topology in Cloud Controller rather than persisting it in the file system. If we go for registry, then it would be easily scale the Cloud Controller with a centralized registry mechanism. But if it is file system, when scaling we have to define a mechanism to synchronize all the Cloud controllers with the Topology from File system.

So, would be better to support registry for the Topology persitance.
