Description

Existing metering dashboard artifacts are targeted to support carbon-dashboard version 1.0.5. Since DAS 3.0.0 released version has uplifted carbon-dashboard version from 1.0.5 to 1.0.7, metering dashboard json file and ues-patch files needs to be updated.
