[STRATOS-1260] Two different status codes appear when adding a user

Description

When executing POST /users two different status codes (201 and 200) appears in the HTTP output:

1. < HTTP/1.1 201 Created
2. {"statusCode":200,"successMessage":"User added successfully: [user] kim"}

The status codes should be identical
