Description

The file available on http://archive.apache.org/dist/struts/binaries/struts-1.3.5-all.zip seems to be broken. When downloaded it doesn't match the md5 checksum available at http://archive.apache.org/dist/struts/binaries/struts-1.3.5-all.zip.md5 and can't be uncompressed. I found a good replacement at http://people.apache.org/builds/struts/1.3.5/struts-1.3.5-all.zip.
