[STR-2044] setting form property does not work for certain properties

Description

Hi,
for some reason form properties that that look like xYzzzzz are not set
in the form classes when you submit a request (i had a form property named iId).
The problem does not affect dyna forms, Forms that
extend the ValidatorActionForm are affected by the problem, do not
know about ActionForms. simple create a form with a input field named
iId and you will see the effect.
