Description

logic tags do not check for null recursively. it could be helpful to do for
empty, present tags to, optionally, check recursively for the value of
property="aa.bb.cc". the new attribute, recursive="true", can be added to
control the behavior. Otherwise, the nested logic tags almost always required
which make jsp code less obvious.
