Description

The existing link to the WebSphere V4 App Development Handbook connects to an
invalid file (can't be downloaded as PDF).
I've found the correct link on IBM's site and changed the link in books.xml and
tutorials.xml.
Also made the links' display text the same.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to attach the diff files.
