Description

The transitive dependency comes from

org.apache.hive.hcatalog:hive-webhcat-java-client:jar:2.3.4
       -> org.apache.hive.hcatalog:hive-hcatalog-server-extensions:jar:2.3.4
                 ->         javax.jms:jms:jar:1.1

Changing the version to 2.3.9 updates minor version but does not pull in javax.jms
