Description

Storm-webapp has both logback and log4j2 bindings for SLF4j on the classpath. The logback binding comes from our Dropwizard dependency. As of Dropwizard 1.2.0 (https://github.com/dropwizard/dropwizard/pull/1900), Dropwizard isn't tightly coupled to logback, so we can exclude that dependency.
