Description

BlowfishTupleSerializer currently goes off of a secret key that you pass in through the config, and it is a hex encoded ASCII string. We really should make it simpler to use and if the config is there, then we use it, if not we use the zookeeper secret if it is there, and only blow up if neither is present.
