[STORM-282] git doesn't treat symlinks properly on windows for storm.rb & storm.py

Description

In windows when storm code gets checked out using git it doesn't copy over sym linked files under storm-core/src/multilang/ , it only creates the files with the path associated with the symlink as a text in it.
