    Description

      Current repo is storm-contrib: https://github.com/nathanmarz/storm-contrib

      storm-kafka is still part of storm-contrib, but we can extract it to a separate git repo using the technique described here: https://github.com/nathanmarz/storm-contrib/pull/25#issuecomment-14097010

      Similar techniques can be used to incorporate it and it's commit history into a parent project like the apache/incubator-storm repo.
