Description

When using 3.x to build /storm, the following maven warnings show up:

[WARNING] 'reporting.plugins.plugin.version' for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-report-plugin is missing. @ org.apache.storm:storm:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT, /Users/nz026920/my_git/storm/pom.xml, line 1150, column 21

[WARNING] It is highly recommended to fix these problems because they threaten the stability of your build.

It will be nice if we add versions for these plugins from reporting section in parent pom to remove these warnings.
