[STORM-1673] log4j2/worker.xml refers old package of LoggerMetricsConsumer

Description

We changed package path from 'backtype.storm' to 'org.apache.storm'. Source codes seem to moved properly, but missed log4j2 configuration, so metric log is logged into worker log file, not metrics file.

It should be simple patch so I'd like to include this as 1.0.0. If we don't want to include any bugfixes I'm OK to remove epic.
