Description

The UI currently has links to the nimbus and worker logs, but not the supervisor logs.

If nimbus nodes are separate from supervisor nodes, and there are no topologies deployed, it is impossible to view the supervisor logs.

The easiest fix is probably to hyperlink the hostname in the supervisor summary table.
