Description

To mitigate risks involved with TR1 development, a new Subversion branch needs to be created off the main trunk exclusively for TR1 development. All existing files related to TR1 development need to be moved into this new branch.

This task is a requisite for bugs STDCXX-27 through STDCXX-34.
