Description

As discussed in http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/stanbol-dev/201302.mbox/%3CCALvhUEU2qVH0fmJ7V3bU-XKR8X1DPuFuo-S8H=[e-mail]%3E currently a lot of code relies on Jersey specific extensions and thus doesn't run on any jax-rs implementation.

As no other proposal to support this in a portable way has been made clerezza jaxrs.utils which provide a MessageBodyReader for MultiPartBody shall be added to the commons bundlelist.
