Thes DBPedia index downloaded during the build process by the /data/site/dbpedia component is licensed under "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0)" license [0].

This issue exists to keep track of this non AL files even though this license is compatible with AL [1].
