Description

If the language detection provides a country specific language (e.g. de-AT, zh-CN) than label matching in the EntityLinkingEngine should

(1) search for labels in the country specific language, the main language and the default language
(2) match labels first in the specific language, the main language and than the default language

currently only the specific language and the default language are used. That means that for "de-AT" labels with the language "de" would not be considered.
