[STANBOL-814] css and images do not load

Description

after compiling from source as given in the stanbol website, and running the launcher and navigating to the http://host:8080, some css and images fail to load rendering the user interface unusable.

the same issue can be seen on the demo instance of iek at http://dev.iks-project.eu:8081/
