Description

To avoid conflicts with existing Enhancement Chains the decision was to rename the stanbol-nlp-processing branch version of the KeywordLinkingEngine to EntityhubLinkingEngine before re-integrating with the trunk.

This also opens the door for some refactoring as this move does no longer require backward compatibility
