[STANBOL-777] Update pom.xml files of the Entityhub to NOT include unecessary transitive dependencies

Description

In the beginning dependency management in the Stanbol parent pom used to define all dependencies with the scope "provided". Because of that all module poms needed to also include transitive dependencies.

While this was change in the parent pom since some time the pom files of the Entityhub wehre never adopted accordingly. Because of that a lot of dependencies (especially for modules of the Entityhub Indexing Tool) do have a lot of unnecessary (and partly outdated) dependencies.

e.g. the IndexingTool still uses the "old" (pre. entityhub-0.11) Constants for generating the OSGI configurations for the ReferencedSite.
