Description

Apache Stanbol makes use of OpenNLP and corresponding OpenNLP models for entity extraction in languages like EN, DE etc. These models have a more restrictive license than the Apache License and can therefore not be included in releases. Because of this, the models are downloaded on demand during the build process.

The build of /data/opennlp warns the user that this is the case.

Once we have access to trained OpenNLP models under an Apache compatible license, we should switch to these new models and avoid the additional download step during the build.
