Clerezza converters to handle TripleCollection instead of MGraph

    Description

      OWL transformation APIs such as OWLAPIToClerezzaConverter transform to and from MGraph objects. This is unnecessary as there is no need to modify graphs internally and developers might have to obtain MGraph objects just for the sake of passing them to this API.

      Replacing MGraph with TripleCollection to accommodate Graph and MGraph alike will make the transformation API more versatile.
