Description

The following modules will be moved to the root:

• owl
• ontologymanager
• rules
• reengineer
• reasoners

This task is related to STANBOL-39 (renaming kres modules).
This is also related to STANBOL-133 (kres/jersey module is not included in this task).

Additionally, the 'dulcifier' enhancement engine will remain in the kres folder. It will be moved in the future.
