Description

The Stanbol welcome page should become an own bundle like 'org.apache.stanbol.doc' or 'org.apache.stanbol.demo'.

This optional bundle can the be used to

• provide Stanbol documentation of API + REST interface
• provide more documentation
• provide (interactive) demos / tutorials on how to use Stanbol

People learning Stanbol and its technology can use this to become familiar with this 'new' semantic stuff.
