    Description

      Currently the user needs to pre-choose whether to use the ScpShell or the default. While it is possible to wrap the choice inside a ShellFactory implementation, we should provide some known defaults - e.g., choose ScpShell if the client is WinSCP, otherwise choose the default interactive shell.
