Description

Information that would be contained in a SqoopUserGuide seems to be covered already by the other docs:

• Installation
• Sqoop5MinutesDemo
• CommandLineClient

...so I believe we can remove the empty SqoopUserGuide.rst. We also have a SqoopDeveloperGuide.rst that's empty and can be removed since right now the Sqoop 2 APIs are likely still in flux.

These 2 docs can always be re-added in the future if needed.
