Remove usage of org.codehaus.jackson and org.json packages

    Description

      Both library is old, and unmaintained - and inherited from other components transiently. Luckily, it's not used much in Sqoop, only in SqoopJsonUtil, so moving to using com.fasterxml.jackson directly, won't be a big task.
