Remove all junit3 TestCase extension and test suites.

    Description

      We should no longer have the legacy junit3 execution paths, having to add junit4 runners and adapters to make it work.
      We need to remove all legacy class (Testclass.fail) references and add @Test, @Before, etc. instead.

      Also removed the junit3 suites.
