Description

Please create a cmd line argument to make the usage of the currently existing sqoop.throwOnError functionality easier.

Make the option available/usable through SqoopOptions, and replace every usage to leverage from SqoopOptions.

Please make attention to keep backward compatibility (so the initial value should be handled with System.getProperty)

As a reference check SQOOP-2880.
