Description

Right now, tests support for kafka service spins up a local service and uses it for testing (https://github.com/apache/sqoop/tree/sqoop2/common-test/src/main/java/org/apache/sqoop/common/test/kafka).

This makes sqoop2-kafka tests fail when run against a real cluster. We need to add support for using kafka service running on a real cluster.
