Description

The HCAT default location has been changed to /usr/lib/hive-hcatalog alone with other changes associated with moving hcatalog under hive. But there are distributions/customers who may want to upgrade sqoop with older scheme also. So, we should support both locations while giving precedence to /usr/lib/hive-hcatalog as the default location
